Our UPG-07 Color Wave series is the ideal unit to non-destructively test the wall thickness for manufactured parts requiring unprecedented accuracy and resolution. The UPG-07 Color series utilizes single element transducers and offers a 30 Mhz, square wave pulser, .0001” or 1 micron resolution with the ability to store and re-call 30 unique applications. So if you are measuring light bulbs, plastic bottles, golf clubs, coil steel, thin aluminum, aircraft parts and even pure gold bars, the UPG-07 Color Wave series is the right choice.




 
 

Models


Our UPG-07 Color Wave series is the ideal unit to non-destructively test the wall thickness for manufactured parts requiring unprecedented accuracy and resolution. The UPG-07 Color series utilizes single element transducers and offers a 30 Mhz, square wave pulser, .0001” or 1 micron resolution with the ability to store and re-call 30 unique applications. So if you are measuring lightbulbs, plastic bottles, golf clubs, coil steel, thin alumunim, aircraft parts and even pure gold bars, the UPG-07 Color Wave series is the right choice.

UPG -07DLCW
Includes all the Features of the UPG-07CW plus 100,000 reading datalogger with export to excel, non-encoded B-scan, a Live Waveform to adjust gain, range, blanking, rectification. This model (Waveform) is highly recommended when setting up on difficult applications.

5 Step Test Block
We offer a 5 step test block, made of carbon steel with nickel plating engraved in both English and Metric values from .100’, .200”, .300”,.400”,..500” or 2.54mm,5.05mm,7.5mm,10.0mm,12.7mm (No certification is provided with these blocks but can be provide on special order for an additional fee)

With this hardware option the operator can use a footswitch to save, freeze or send readings.
 
     
AC Power
With this hardware upgrade, the UPG-07 can be used with AC Power (please note, this is not a re-charging system). In other words, with this option, the UPG-07 can be either used with AC or battery mode.
 
     
Couplants
We offer a variety of ultrasonic couplants from a standard gel in 2 Oz. or 12 Oz. options, to high temperature up to 1100 Degrees F. Contact us for more details.
   
     
 

Transducers


Danatronics offers a wide variety of single element transducers for the UPG-07 series from 1-20 Mhz. These include contact in both conventional and higher sensitivity composite elements, delay line and upon request and with special applications; mmersion probes. These probes are highly damped for optimal performance and most come as default menu choice for a variety of applications and can also be stored and
